1. Excellent communication and instructional skills.

    presentation and excellent resources, and incorporate effective questioning techniques.
5. Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to

Role & Responsibilities
1. Fees Collection.
2. Manage petty cash account.
3. Keeping track of all the monitory transactions at the location.
4. Entry in tally software.
5. Admissions processing.
6. Prepare and post journal entries.
7. Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, Daily-Monthly reports.
8. Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
9. Provide monthly detail to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.
10. Insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
11. Prepare correspondence as needed within the department, Filing etc.
12. Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll-related items.
13. Assist the school office with various common responsibilities such as school uniforms,
      books & stationery, events in the school, etc.
14. Other allied work.
15. Co-coordinating with HR in processing EPF
16. Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports and returns
      (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within the required
      deadlines.
