All of our academic staff are provided two hours per week of dedicated professional learning time, which is tailored to each teacher’s development needs. This ensures that our teachers are well-equipped to ensure that their students are able to flourish.
Professional Development
During allocated professional development periods, teachers have the chance to delve into pedagogical methods, engage in critical reflection, collaborate, visit other institutions, and actively contribute to professional communities or pursue further education.
